Klosjes Completed
10 made this week
I've been making klosjes for six weeks now and am enjoying every minute of it. Even though each one is made from a different fabric, I wonder if they are all starting to look the same to you. Would it be better if I posted a report every other week or even just once a month? I'm not sure how many I plan to make, but I'm thinking it will be in the hundreds.
Week two of One Flower Wednesday was successful, as I made another three flowers for my garden. Ann and Cathi have also joined the One Flower Wednesday Garden Party. See sidebar, for my progress report.
What else have I done since last Tuesday? Well, I attempted to tidy up my sewing room and I started hand piecing the last three Lucy Boston POTC blocks for my Shades of Autumn quilt. Also, I spent some time making freezer paper templates. Although I don't mind making templates, it is one of those things that are hard to get going on. I hope to make a few more next week, but five Dear Jane blocks and a Civil War Bride block, is certainly a good start.
Until next time.....happy quilting!
Karen

Oh heck, post them as often as you feel like it. I enjoy seeing all the different fabrics others have in their stash :)
I don't think they look alike at all!! Keep posting your lovely klosjes!! I'm going to be making hundreds of them as well -- and plan to post them once a week.
Please keep posting your klosjes whenever you'd like. They're all interesting. Like Wonky Girl, I enjoy seeing what others have in their stash, and maybe seeing familiar fabrics will be enough push for me to start making them.
Plus your "One Flower Wednesday" may be a shove for me to start my own. I have all the supplies-- just haven't jumped in yet.
You're an inspiration left and right, up and down, and all around. LOVE all the projects you have going.
Has it really been 6 weeks already!!! I keep thinking I should join in the fun, but I've just had too much going on lately. I love seeing the progress. You are keeping very busy with many projects in the works! :0)
I'm fairly new to your blog and love your klosjes. I've seen several different bloggers making these and they look like so much fun and something you can carry with you or do while watching TV, etc. Have never done these and would like to try my hand at them. Is there a pattern that I can follow or purchase? Appreciate any help. Thanks so much. Nola
I like seeing your progress each week with the Klosjes. Know what you mean abut the templates, a necessary evil that has to be completed before the real fun begins.
Keep posting them...we love to see them, no matter how many..they look lovely

I think you have accomplished a lot in a week, Karen. And I enjoy seeing your klosjes - you have some great fabrics that you are working with. Good stuff. Carol

Karen, I enjoy seeing your Klosjes each week, they do not look the same. It's fun to see the different prints.
I am excited to make my first GFG. Hopefully I can get my first one done this week. It is only Tuesday here for me. :) If not this week, next week for sure, you'll be seeing my first flower!! I am so excited! Love your flowers!!!

Hiya Karen,
Would you add me to your flower list too please??
I will however be making diamonds, so I might aim to make one diamond per month or whatever I can manage, instead of a flower per Wednesday, but still stitch on Wednesdays with you girls.
Would this be alright??
Love what you're doing!!
Robyn xx
